The addition that 10FF absolutely needs!!!

Under Consideration

Dear typing community,

I am very proud to present a (in my humble opinion) brilliant idea that I came up with a few months ago, and perfected until today. While the site has undergone some amazing changes in the last weeks, I have increasingly felt that there's one thing that still lacks on this site, and I don't mean more stylish pop-up ads!

What is it, you may ask?

Well; while 10FF proudly boasts 55 languages that you can type in, and that are ACTUALLY typed in (take that, typeracer!), I think it is time to really point out its name "10fastfingers" and add sign languages to the site!

That's right! Instead of continuing the struggle on a random letter mishmash that was created in the early 1870s, it is now time to let our hands fly free and also present the stage to our dear mute and deaf people and well, basically anyone who knows any sign language! (Sadly, that will exclude nearly all Americans, as they are not exactly known for their multilingualism :( )

'But Jashe, you genius, how is that supposed to work?' you may very well ask.

Well, it's simple! All you need is a decent webcam that records at least 42 frames per second. Although that item is admittedly scarce among top typists, especially (and curiously) around the times when they have to verify a record, I am sure that the average typist, who spends 200 bucks on the next mechanical baby that they ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE, will have some little money left for a lousy camera.

The site will then use your device to record your artistic hand and arm movements and everything else that your cam picks up and very critically judge your accuracy. Just like in the regular test, you are allowed up to 20 missigned words within 1 minute . Be careful not to flip off the site, as that will result in an immediate ban!

The current respective wordlists will remain the same for every language, e.g. the regular Top 200 English Words Test will continue to have the same 327 ez pz words that you can't possibly screw up, such as Ameriacn or Indain. If you don't want to sign English and wish to switch to an inferior language, naturally you will also have to sign the official sign language of the respective countries :)

Of course, there will also be competitions and achievements that come along with this new exciting addition. In the competitions, you will be able to see the replay of any competitor, and the prettiest girl with the best cleavage of course the fastest and most accurate signer will triumph. A few achievements that I think are a must are: "Can sign 42 WPM" and "Flawless Signing 10" along with "Best Abs", "Ugliest Face" and "Greatest Fashion Style".

Anyway, that pretty much sums up my new brilliant idea.

Please, Christian Strang, I hope you realize that this is the amazing change that our beloved site desperately needs. (Also, you don't want to discriminate towards mute and deaf people, do you? ;) ) I wholeheartedly believe that this extra feature will catapult the site into fame and fortune and bring our typing and signing era to a whole new dimension!

Doesn't sign-language-detection itself take a while though, wouldn't that take away from the signer's speed? Or is there a way to reduce this "lag" (if you call it that) when signing onto a webcam. Anyway, that's a pretty good idea but I honestly don't know how it will be implemented, because if someone is signing really fast will the software really be able to detect that?

I think black mode should be an option in the settings on your profile not everyone can download stylus and do that, they don't know what to do so they can get black in the background and black in the background can help with colorblind people that can't see certain colors.

It is actually true that your room the place you nap and spend some time is really important. It has to be clean and totally free of dust together with dirt. Windows xp, blinds, ventilators, and also areas down the page the home furnishings have a huge amount of dust. Choice: a pro deep maintenance service. deep cleaning abu dhabi
