What does the anti-cheat base its numbers off of?

For example, a score of 101 in the basic typing test did not get flagged, but then a score of 100 in a typing competition got flagged and I had to 'unlock' it, despite having already scored in that range (and higher by 1) earlier, without it flagging that score? This seems to make no sense

The treshhold for the typing test is 120 WPM, the treshhold for competitions is 100 WPM. But I agree, it would make sense to give them both the same treshhold. We might change this in the future.
